Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Studio24 platform (website, mobile application, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aucust Inc., the operator of Studio24.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Studio24. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms. By using Studio24, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of Studio24, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Services

Studio24 operates as a marketplace that connects vehicle owners with independent garages and service providers. Studio24 does not directly provide car care services including but not limited to detailing, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, vehicle wraps, wheel fitting, or tyre services. All services listed on the platform are performed by independent, third-party garages. Studio24 facilitates the booking process but is not a party to the service agreement between you and the garage.

5. Booking & Payments

• All prices displayed on Studio24 are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe or may be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• Studio24 does not store your full credit or debit card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy and the status of the booking at the time of the request.
• Garages set their own pricing. Studio24 may charge a platform service fee, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.

6. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a booking free of charge if the booking status is "Pending" or "Confirmed" and the scheduled service date is more than 24 hours away.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee determined by the garage.
• No-show bookings (failure to present your vehicle at the scheduled time without prior cancellation) may result in a no-show fee of up to 25% of the booking value.
• Garages reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will receive a full refund.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Studio24 platform. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Creating fake bookings or accounts.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening garages, their staff, or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform to transact directly with garages to avoid service fees.
• Uploading malicious code, spam, or any content that violates applicable laws.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Studio24 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design and layout, is the exclusive property of Aucust Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United Arab Emirates and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Studio24 operates solely as a marketplace and booking platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aucust Inc. shall not be liable for the quality, safety, legality, or any aspect of the services provided by garages listed on the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of garage listings, service descriptions, or user reviews. Your use of the platform and any services booked through it is at your own risk. In no event shall Aucust Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Studio24.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at studio24.ae/privacy. By using Studio24, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

Aucust Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Studio24 after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Studio24 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
